Hi there! We are Chris and Nicole and we are so excited to share our rental properties with you.

Our relationship began with a Summer Bucket List and a hike in a Wisconsin State Park which paved the way for many adventures, including to the Great Smoky Mountains. We spent the next several years saving and dreaming about building a rental property in Tennessee and that dream came true in early 2023!

Our first priority was finding the best view (we think we did!) and then designing a place to accommodate WFH needs, hosting our friends and making endless memories as we expand our family. We feel so grateful to be able to share our slice of heaven with you and hope that our accommodations help you relax, have fun and make lasting memories with your favorite adventure buddies.
